Respectful , truthful , and easy I called in and made an inquiry ; a day later Lauren called and I explained my situation and she told me to come in. My actual salesperson was Maurio I called in and made an inquiry ; a day later Lauren called and I explained my situation and she told me to come in. My actual salesperson was Maurio who was absolutely forthcoming and wonderful. Maurio explained to me the different features of the cars I asked about and I settled on a Rogue. The process was painless and that was greatly appreciated. I didnt feel forced or coerced at all. I walked away feeling like I hit the lottery. I left with a great car and great experience.
