Left me with a car that was unsafe to drive My 2018 Nissan Versa lost power steering Saturday. Three caution lights came on: brake light, battery light, and oil light. Randy was my service supe My 2018 Nissan Versa lost power steering Saturday. Three caution lights came on: brake light, battery light, and oil light. Randy was my service supervisor and was dismissive from the start. I had my car towed there and he claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. It drove perfectly, he said. I explained that i was nervous and that i felt it was a safety hazard for my car to just stop having power steering while driving. He said that there was no evidence of a problem. He was belittling and acted like i had made the whole thing up. I do not understand why he did not try to figure out the problem further or get a second opinion. When i told him that i had ignition issues he ignored me saying that the recall did not match my vin. That is fine but if he cared wouldn’t he ask for another opinion since my safety is at risk? When i asked him what Nissan would do if i had the same stall problem and go in a wreck because of it he said it was not his problem. Gerardo then took me aside and tried to help.. he was concerned for my safety because he saw that my car was towed in. He offered to get the manager and help me by Randy overpowered him and insisted that it was fine to drive. He did not even acknowledge my ignition issue in the paper work. i urge everyone to steer clear. They do not care about customer safety. I now have in my possession a car that has issues and was not fixed. Shame on them for not car8g for the safety of customers. More
