Very rude service tech when I was explaining a concern with my Nissan Rogue. Johnathan was rude and had a smirkey smile as I was trying to explain everything . This is 2nd time taking my car there for service which both times took 2 1/2 hours. I will not be back , I'll find another Nissan dealer!

Oil change prices are too high and for the price tire rotation should be included not add. I have been to several other places that will rotate tires with an oil change. More
