The people are excellent and relate well. The paperwork is good. The car work is good. The waiting space, time waiting, and amenities are sub par. As I was checking out, I saw 4 people waiting patiently by their cars to be checked in. The online interface is primitive; especially the “what service do you need.” Regular maintenance is not an option. Check out Butler Nissan in Macon where I used to live. This is a management and not an employee problem. More

2 weeks ago took my truck in for an oil change and tyre rotation.when i got the truck back the drivers side seat was covered in oil and grease as was the steering wheel and inside panel of front door.the p rotation.when i got the truck back the drivers side seat was covered in oil and grease as was the steering wheel and inside panel of front door.the problem was resolved after I filled out an online survey and was asked to bring the truck back to the dealership but I had done most of the work at home.I also asked for a dust cap for one of the tire valves.no dust cap replacement.took my truck back this week to get a wheel balance,again asked for a tire valve dust cap.no tire valve dust cap.is it on order? I doubt it. got the truck back and this time the passenger front seat was covered in oil and grease.my question is why was someone sitting in the front passenger seat of my truck when all I was in there for was a wheel balance. .
