I came in at 3:00 to get a problem diagnosed without an appointment thinking I would have to come back to get it repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to diagnose and fix the issue at th appointment thinking I would have to come back to get it repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to diagnose and fix the issue at the same time. I usually do not interact with the mechanic at a dealership, but I was outside when he pulled my car out. He was very friendly and took the time to explain details of the work. I will definitely go back there again for service and will recommend the dealership to others. Thanks Nissan of Athens for a positive experience! More

I came in for an oil change and to check my tires which were losing air and I was there for 3 1/2 hours. I had my grandson with me and there wasn’t enough seats in the service area waiting room so he sat o were losing air and I was there for 3 1/2 hours. I made an appointment, but when I arrived I was put in a queue with anyone else who showed up. I waited 2.5 hours for a lube oil and filter, WITH an appointment. At previous Nissan dealerships I utilized if told it would take over an hour, I would reschedule. I understand things happen and emergencies arise, but that’s why I make appointments. I would pay more for express service, but was not offered that option. More
