I would normally give a 5 . Disappointed that they parked my car to the side instead of pulling it up for me to check out right away. It was there ~20-30 minutes before they pulled it up for me to checkout. I wasn’t sure it was mine so did not say anything. When he did come to get me , He said he was busy when I asked why it was not pulled up for me to checkout right away. Hopefully just a one off since I normally get it done here. More

I have always received exceptional service, until my visit on 5/17. I came in for my normal oil & filter change and tire rotation. I was told that the rotation would be $50. This has always been a free visit on 5/17. I came in for my normal oil & filter change and tire rotation. I was told that the rotation would be $50. This has always been a free service in the past (I have receipts that prove). As of now, I plan to use a very reputable service center within 5 minutes of my house. They will do my oil & filter change, along with tire rotation MUCH cheaper than that!! I will also eliminate the 45+ minutes drive to Nissan of Athens. Please note that ALL service personnel that I have dealt with in the past have been exceptionally professional and kind. The service person I dealt with on 5/17, not so much. To say I am upset with my experience is an understatement. More

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. They were busy but i didn’t have to wait as long as i thought i would and once the service was completed the service advisor Philip Speddon pulled my They were busy but i didn’t have to wait as long as i thought i would and once the service was completed the service advisor Philip Speddon pulled my car up front and turned my air on for me so it wouldn’t be so hot once i got in my car. Very good service this time!! More
