I came in for an oil change & they quoted 1. 5 hours. It really shouldn’t take that long. It ended up being 2 hours. I came for an oil change. I drove about 15 miles after leaving and my car gave me a warning that said “engine malfunction “ and my oil light came on. I drove back to the deale I drove about 15 miles after leaving and my car gave me a warning that said “engine malfunction “ and my oil light came on. I drove back to the dealership and when I got there I checked my oil and found NO oil on my oil stick. To fix the problem the owner wanted to give me a $100 credit, put oil in my car and send me on my way. I was and I still am very furious. I will never return! More
