Nate, the service advisor was very friendly and effective with my Cube. I had just started on a Road trip to the Carolinas when I was alerted that I needed to check tire/s. I have good relationships with Nissan after purchasing 3 used cars this past 5 years but my recent 3rd Car had an issue that I discover such as CV axle and Shocks within a month time does surprise me. 3 car used cars this past 5 years but my recent 3rd Car had an issue that I discover such as CV axle and Shocks within a month time does surprise me. 3 cars and hoping for a Honest transaction but that’s not the case. Nissan won’t help and now I am stuck with these expensive repairs plus the monthly that I am now dealing with. I am not happy about their decision and my so called good past relationships with Nissan has ended. I am surprise their Service down grade for very small cost for Nissan and seems Don’t value returning customer anymore… Word of mouth will not highly speak good reference to Nissan Athens anymore… More
