We traded a 2017 Nissan Maxima to buy a 2017 Dodge Ram Truck. The check engine light came on in the truck after 14 days. We took the truck back to the dealership 3 times and was told they had no one to Truck. The check engine light came on in the truck after 14 days. We took the truck back to the dealership 3 times and was told they had no one to work on this vehicle and to wait until the extended warranty that we bought to kick in then take it to be fixed. No effort was made to diagnose the problem. Instead we were told that all money from our trade in toward this truck would be lost if the dealership put us in another vehicle and we would have to come out of pocket with thousands more dollars. This is not acceptable. This is not good business practice and we will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
