Friendly staff. Work gets done. However I had made an appt. After I waited on my car for some time I was told making an appointment didn’t mean anything. They told me all who arrived before without an ap appt. After I waited on my car for some time I was told making an appointment didn’t mean anything. They told me all who arrived before without an appointment would go first. I asked why do you have appointments then and they said if I didn’t want to wait I should just come when they open or just show up and they’d get to me in order. I don’t live in Athens so I had made several appointments and missed one. I depended on getting out in an hour as I was told. Another issue are our free oil changes. We were told we had free changes through our warranty time (120,000 mikes). They have made me pay for a year. When my husband took the car in last change he insisted they look it up again. Sure enough we shouldn’t have been paying for them. They will not reimburse us and after this change we would have to pay that we were told wrong it’s only until 40,000 miles. This is our 4th vehicle we have bought there and never had to pay for oil changes. Very dissatisfied with the current service department. More
