Had a bad experience with Rob Longstreet after sale of Chevrolet truck. He said the spare key was in dealership and that he would get it for me. After three attempts to see if he had found them he acted l Chevrolet truck. He said the spare key was in dealership and that he would get it for me. After three attempts to see if he had found them he acted like he went extra mile to do something that he had said he would do from the start. He never got spare key and lied about it saying it wasn't his responsibility to get the spare key that should have been with vehicle to start with. He won't lie or sale anything else to me. More

My car had to be towed in for a battery replacement, which ended up being delayed in shipping. I wasn’t supposed to get my car back for a few days which would’ve affected my ability to get to work and s which ended up being delayed in shipping. I wasn’t supposed to get my car back for a few days which would’ve affected my ability to get to work and school. Nate, who had helped me throughout the whole process was able to find a battery for me and get it delivered to Athens. I was able to get my car early and it saved me from a lot of stress. Nate and the rest of the Nissan location were extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout this entire process. More
