Quick oil change. Service rep was nice. I was told upon the purchase of my new vehicle that my first oil change would be free...it was not. Rep said it wasn't showing in his system. He didn't bother to inq the purchase of my new vehicle that my first oil change would be free...it was not. Rep said it wasn't showing in his system. He didn't bother to inquire any further than what his system was showing. I've been the owner of several Nissan vehicle's since 2007 and I wouldn't lie about something that was promised. I didn't mind paying for the service but, I also like when people keep their word. Overall, my experience was still good. More
