I have an Infiniti G 37, and I always go to the Gwinnett dealership for any and all things on my car. However living in Athens, I called the service dept about what I hoped was a minor problem with my tire pressure warning light etc. And they said they could take care of me right away, so I came in. I was greeted by a very cordial and competent service rep, and in a very short period of time all of those computer system warnings were checked and since all four of my tires were low, they filled me up, and I was back on my way. also, very kindly, and appreciated, I was not charged a penny! This is my first experience with a Nissan service department, but I will be back when I can in order to avoid a drive to Gwinnett Infiniti because of this very positive experience. More

Your service associates are nice and professional as usual. I came in for a oil change and they said they were not busy. It took 1 1/2 hours for a oil change. Then they were charging me for the oil cha usual. I came in for a oil change and they said they were not busy. It took 1 1/2 hours for a oil change. Then they were charging me for the oil change but it clearly states on the screen that I get free oil changes and tire rotations. This is not the first time this has happened. Your trying to get better your just not there yet. More
