Had to wait almost 2 hours for a oil change. Had a 9:30 appointment and nearly 11:30 when we left. When I tried to use my Nissan reward points I was told you can’t use them here. They sure were able to tak appointment and nearly 11:30 when we left. When I tried to use my Nissan reward points I was told you can’t use them here. They sure were able to take my debit card there. I can go anywhere and get a oil change if my reward points from Nissan are no good. More

My Murano had one of the faulty CVT transmissions. It failed before 90k miles. I purchased it new at this dealership. When I took it in to be repaired, I was discouraged from contacting Nissan HQ for com failed before 90k miles. I purchased it new at this dealership. When I took it in to be repaired, I was discouraged from contacting Nissan HQ for compensation since my warranty was not extended, however I’m glad I did because it “bought” me half of the cost of the transmission, which was $2500. (Full cost being $5k) I still firmly feel that Nissan should have paid 100% since this is a known issue and my family has had Nissans and Infiniti’s dating back to the 90’s and currently own two, both purchased at this dealership. But they did not. When I arranged for the transmission to be replaced, Nissan was not even going to offer me a loaner/rental car, however they did and I’m glad because it took a couple of days longer than I was initially told. The final straw was when I went to pay and inquired about the warranty of my “new” transmission and was told the transmission was actually refurbished and the warranty was $12k miles or 12 months, whichever comes first, of course. This was NEVER disclosed in any of the communication I had with the dealership or corporate/headquarters. To me, this is as good as dishonest. I also wonder how a refurbished transmission supposedly costs $5k, but I will never have an answer for that. When I purchased my Nissan, I carefully considered that this would be a car that would last me well into the $150-200k mile range. I was wrong. I purchased it brand new. I couldn’t be more displeased with all of it. More
