The dealership itself is very nice but I had a bad experience because the salesman really don't tell you everything and they are very munipualative. Plus the fact that they charged me a very high ridiculous interest rate. More

My experience yesterday was wonderful. More notably are the comments other customers were making in the waiting room. One woman drives out of her way to come to Athens Nissan instead of conyers and lithia the comments other customers were making in the waiting room. One woman drives out of her way to come to Athens Nissan instead of conyers and lithia springs because the Athens technicians and service managers are so much more professional and kind. Other people commented similarly and indicated they were very pleased with their experience and how they are treated by the staff. I did not hear 1 negative comment about the staff (although several negative comments about transmission issues were made). More

Feeling a little skeptical because of lack of communication of how they came to this conclusion, she picked it up for a second opinion. Immediately she noticed her AC isn’t working. I called, text, and emailed the service department and still haven’t received a response! Not to mention all the codes are wiped clean from her car! Very deceptive! Oh, and the transmission that “needed” to be replaced was just low on fluid ( they checked as “ok” on the inspection list) More

Long wait but excellent people I love this dealership but yesterday I had an appointment and it took over 2 hours for an oil change and got them to check my seat belt.
