I came in to buy a vehicle I was leasing. I waited for over 2 hours for the finance folks to see me. Salesperson was nice but finance manager was quite rude. We encountered a warranty procedural barrier that was difficult to manage because it was the weekend. Nate put my needs as a customer first and found a solution that allowed my kids and me to be safe on the road. I drive a group of carpool kids one hour away on Monday mornings at 6:45 am. It would not have been possible to return during the week, and it would have been unsafe for me to take that trip with the service outstanding. I'm grateful to Nate for putting the customer first. He's a real asset to Nissan of Athens. More

I found a car online that I really liked and wanted to buy. I was literally ready to hand over a check for the full amount. I asked if it was available and Jessica told me it was and when would I like t buy. I was literally ready to hand over a check for the full amount. I asked if it was available and Jessica told me it was and when would I like to see it. I texted, called, and emailed with no answer. Then I called and Demetrius answered the phone. He took over the sale and confused me because Jessica emailed me while we were talking that yes I could come today and she was getting the keys. I told Demetrius and he said he spoke to her and she was fine with him taking care of me. I told him I did not want to drive over an hour and 15 minutes to Athens if I couldn't buy the car tonight. He sent me a picture of the key and said he'd be waiting. I got there and suddenly, "Aw man, the vehicle already sold. Do you want to see other cars?" No apology. No offer to make it worth my time. I just got back in my car and left and drove an hour and a half back home. do not like being deceived. I cannot stand bait and switch. I will NOT be doing business with this dealership ever again. I wasted three hours of my life for nothing. More
