I had such a great experience at Nissan of Bayshore and truly appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was throughout the entire process. Henry, the car salesman was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to go through all of the numbers with me and made sure I clearly understood everything before moving forward. I never felt any pressure at all, (which made the whole experience that much better). Matt the product specialist was fantastic. He took his time walking me through the car and explaining all of the features so I was confident with everything before leaving. They both made sure all of my questions were answered and didn’t rush through anything. At the end of my visit, the boss Simon stopped in to personally make sure everything about my experience was going well and that I was happy with everything. Overall I am very grateful for their help and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car 10/10 ⭐️ will definitely be returning when my daughter is ready to drive! More
Beware of of bait switch tactics . They not honest and sleazy to say the least . If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership completely wasted my time and was dishonest about running my credit. Salesman Henry told me he needed to run a credit check to provi This dealership completely wasted my time and was dishonest about running my credit. Salesman Henry told me he needed to run a credit check to provide a lease quote. I asked him multiple times if it was a hard or soft inquiry and he repeatedly told me it was soft. He made me believe it was a soft inquiry and that it would not affect my credit. Once I left I was notified that it was actually a hard inquiry. I emailed Henry that same day to address it but he never responded. A few days later my wife called the dealership demanding they contact the credit bureaus to remove the inquiry. The manager J said they would try but refused to put anything in writing. This place is unprofessional, misleading, and lacks accountability. They are not BBB accredited and currently have 19 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had seen that before visiting. Do yourself a favor and avoid Nissan of Bay Shore entirely. The individual who introduced himself as Simon (claiming to be the "Owner and GM") was extremely unprofessional — combative, threatenin unacceptable. After a recent nightmare experience with another dealership, I came into Nissan of Bay Shore feeling hesitant, but Shane and Ahmad completely turned that around for me. Shane, the manager, was a dealership, I came into Nissan of Bay Shore feeling hesitant, but Shane and Ahmad completely turned that around for me. Shane, the manager, was a breath of fresh air. He’s upbeat, has a genuinely bubbly personality, and most importantly he kept his word. When we shook hands on a monthly lease payment, he honored it without games, pressure, or surprises. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Ahmad, my salesperson, was equally impressive. He was patient, honest, and refreshingly straightforward. No upselling, no hidden add-ons just clear answers and smooth handling of everything from start to finish. The entire process was completed in under three hours, which is almost unheard of at a dealership. Together, Shane and Ahmad changed my entire perception of car dealerships. I walked out feeling respected and confident in the deal I got - not exhausted or second guessing anything. Nissan of Bay Shore has absolutely earned my trust and future business. Jennifer L. More
Brought my vehicle in today for a synthetic oil change and asked to use this coupon that was emailed to me and they refused to honor it. They told me "the owner refuses to accept it" because “he was losin and asked to use this coupon that was emailed to me and they refused to honor it. They told me "the owner refuses to accept it" because “he was losing too much money”. This is false advertisement if the dealership is refusing to accept something that is offered. The coupon was mailed to my residential address as well as emailed to me and states that it is valid thru 5/11/25. Today is 4/15/25. More
