My son picked out a used GMC Canyon, 2015, 20,000 miles. Steven Webb met us, went over the vehicle, and really went above and beyond our expectations. We negotiated the trade, and price of the used truck, really fair price on both. Steven then did our credit application and sent to finance. We then met with Jacob Elizondo the finance manager. Jacob had our paperwork done quickly and explained everything. Great rate, we even bought gap and extended warranty. The whole time was less than a couple of hours. The greatest thing was that when we were in finance, Steven had the truck cleaned up, fueled up, and a big red bow on it since he knew that it was a gift for our son, so when our son walked out with us to see his new ride officially, he was very surprised and a big smile. Thank you Steven and Jacob for everything! More

After the test drive we asked for and recevied "the best price" quote which was $3k "below their asking price". Sounds great but the "best price" was $3k OVER what they advetised on autotrader.com and even $2k+ over their own website (which also said there was a better price). Basically we were taken for uninformed at best or stupid - not sure which. Of course we called them on it and the excuse was "we change pricing all the time and we just did not know it had been lowered". Wow, that was interesting. also be careful of the $300 junk fees which "are on all our cars". Anyway, this was our first, and last, experience with the dealership - not because they were not respecful, but because the final price was too high for the car and because they completely lost us when they tried to get us to believe they were giving us a great "discounted" price which was $3k over what they advertised and then tried to pull a lame excuse for the "error". just watch the numbers and do your research. warning don't buy a car from here. don't honor their warrant just bought a car from nissan of Boerne Saturday on October 1. everything went fine until I get home and my car starts to act funny. so I called to just bought a car from nissan of Boerne Saturday on October 1. everything went fine until I get home and my car starts to act funny. so I called to schedule an appointment ando they told me to take it on Monday since the car service department was closing soon. so I took it Monday and dropped it off. so I waited till they told me what was going on with my car since I just bought a brand new 2017 Nissan altima. and they told me the transmission was broken and that it will take 3 to 8 days to fix. and that I have to pay a 100 dollar deductible. so I waited for 3 days to find out the status of my car and they told me apparently that they have been trying to call me that there is nothing they could do . that there was nothing wrong with the car . so I told him I thought you told me it had transmission problems. and service man just said I don't recall saying that. so I just said that I would come pick up the car . once I got back to the dealership I get my car and could not even drive it off the lot. after that they came up with you can only make a claim once a year. after hearing that I just walked away and called my bank to cancel the loan. luckily it was still the 3 day and was able to get out of the loan without a penalty. Misinformed I took my son in to get his first car and we went test driving and the salesman told us that all nissans have bose speakers..my son was impressed.Afte I took my son in to get his first car and we went test driving and the salesman told us that all nissans have bose speakers..my son was impressed.After the 3rd car we drove he chose one but we were talked into a less pricey car. After a month later we find out they are not bose speakers :( Talked to the salesman and hr said only premium nissans have them..so sad to be misinformed. :( More

I did talk to sales manager lance who was not professional. Did mentioned to him that I paid over 3200. Out of my pocket to get this Benz only for him to rely that he didn't ask me to pay that my bank did. Still trying to get Nissan of Bourne to replace windshield with factory windsheild as I don't want any windsheild on the 2015 Benz I just purchased 1 week ago. Look good before buying! More

Well-informed, great sense of humor, clear and direct responses to oir questions, and the patience of Job! Due to our time constraints, Kevin found ways to expedite the process and we left that day with a new car. We had only planned on doing a test drive that day. Thanks to Kevin's candor, knowledge and flexibility, we went home with a new car through a deal we are confident was very fair. Thank you, Kevin! More
