Very disappointed. I filled out a KBB instant offer on my vehicle and Cookeville Nissan sent me multiple emails and called me six times wanting me to bring my car by fo I filled out a KBB instant offer on my vehicle and Cookeville Nissan sent me multiple emails and called me six times wanting me to bring my car by for them to make an offer to purchase. I took time off and took my vehicle by the dealership for them to appraise. The salesperson looked at my car then had his manager look at it. My car only has 14k miles on it and clean carfax. The salesman said they wanted my car and needed to make some calls and would call me with an offer later that morning. I never received a call. They didn’t need to lie to me. If they didn’t want my car, just tell me when I was there. They asked me to come in and I took time off work. Poor management and customer service. What they didn’t realize is I would have gladly traded my car in on a new pathfinder. In fact I saw the one I wanted in the showroom and snapped pictures for my spouse to see, but with this type of customer service I will gladly go to another Nissan dealership for my new pathfinder. More
