My first impression of Derrick was that he was a large intimidating business man, so I felt the outcome would not be in our favor, but as we sat down and started to talk, he showed his true colors which was very impressive. He was super down to earth and friendly and had my husband and I laughing until we were in tears. But down to business.... Derrick and Doiron bent over backwards to do everything they could for us and we ended up with exactly what we wanted!
