I traveled 334-miles to pick up my vehicle from Nissan of Cookeville. They had the vehicle I had been looking for at an excellent price. I would give my sales associate, Ashley Summerlin, a 6 out of 5 star Cookeville. They had the vehicle I had been looking for at an excellent price. I would give my sales associate, Ashley Summerlin, a 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Being 334-miles, she made me feel right at home over the phone and online with the purchase of this vehicle. I was so comfortable working with Ashley that I didn't even plan to drive the vehicle before purchasing it. I only drove it before completing the deal because she wouldn't have it any other way. Working with Brian McFarland in their finance department was a breeze and a pleasure too. I was in and out in under an hour for the whole process. Ashley even made sure I text her when we made it home safe. She truly cares for the people she works with. I would highly recommend Nissan of Cookeville to anyone making a vehicle purchase. Go see Ashley, she was the greatest! More
