Nissan of Cookeville - Service Center

I purchased my car in March 2022. My first visit for warranty issues was November of that year. Shortly after that visit I had an issue and called the service department back. Tito, t My first visit for warranty issues was November of that year. Shortly after that visit I had an issue and called the service department back. Tito, the service manager got involved right away. I was not pushed off or to the side. Tito personally handled my issue, made sure things were corrected, and checked on me after the fact. Since then I have had to use the service department for on going warranty issues and Tito has personally made sure I was taken care of each and every time. He knows me by name, jokes around with my kids, and truly has made my car issues more bearable. Tito does not have to personally go above like this, but this is not just a job to him and I truly feel that. He wants each customer to feel taken care of, he treats us like I am a family member. Tito wears his heart on his sleeve and takes the time to make sure we are taken care of timely so I’m not wasting my day in the shop. I have never encountered anyone who takes their job as personal as he does. More

Had nothing but good experiences at Nissan of cookeville, sales 5 star, finance 5 star, only problem was I was told my tires were rotated when they wern’t my first service. I had to let them know before they sales 5 star, finance 5 star, only problem was I was told my tires were rotated when they wern’t my first service.
