I felt like this dealer wanted to help at first but after they saw my credit score and they werent going to make any money on the deal thye backed off. Quit returning my calls.... The usual. I felt like I was lied to because two days ago I was told and amount to put down and the payment would be exactly where I needed it to be. Then I was told I was approved then I was told I wasn't approved. I felt like this place didn't handle the deal because they would have not made any money on it. Where is the compassion and the helping someone out mentality. I wasn't asking for a free car. I just needed the car to be worth it. I felt like I was given the run around. I was really diappointed. I hope this type of attitude gets reprimanded. The fact that a person has poor credit shouldn't be grounds for them to just be written off like dealerships tend to do. I wish I would have been told up front they couldn't help me instead of waiting 4 days. More

I had a truly awesome experience buying my 2009 Altima 2.5 SL. It was very fluid and simple. The fastest by far of any car buying experience I've ever had. Michael was very nice, friendly and direct. I was given such a warm and friendly welcome by David Vandiver. As the process moved along in purchasing a car, he wanted to be sure that I looked at the cars I was most interested in. I test drove two cars and ended up leasing a Juke which I just love. He answered all of my questions, introduced me to staff that I would work with through the process as well as showing me the service department and introducing me to personnel there. He and Chris worked very hard for me to get a deal that worked for my budget. I would recommend Nissan of Cool Springs to anyone who wanted a new car and would direct them to David. More
