From start to finish they were exceptionally responsive & gave me what I WANTED not what they “think” I wanted. They listened to my financial limits and also was completely transparent with me & still got me a lower price than I expected! There was no hidden agenda when I came to test out the car and purchase my new car & the experience was refreshing compared to all other dealerships I purchased from. I recently upgraded my old Nissan Pathfinder for a newer improved version from Nissan of Cool Springs. Cameron Newton was my sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I had a very bad experience with Nissan of cool springs. I spoke on the phone with the sales man Fransico about the deal. He then had me talk with Alex the manager and we came to a agreement on the phone. I I spoke on the phone with the sales man Fransico about the deal. He then had me talk with Alex the manager and we came to a agreement on the phone. I explained I wanted to come in and sign the paperwork without haggling. He told me no problem to come on up. I did and when I got there and was taken to the finance room it started. They could do this or that but couldn’t do the agreement we made on the phone. I walked out and went to Matthew’s Nissan in Clarksville and bought a new car. More
