As nice as they seem they will take advantage of you, DONT GO! Was told to make appointment for brake recall at my last Nissan oil change. Dropped my car off at 9am and they called a noon to say they didn’t have the part and to come back in a few months. Huge waste of Nissan oil change. Dropped my car off at 9am and they called a noon to say they didn’t have the part and to come back in a few months. Huge waste of time and doesn’t make sense at all. She said they will call me in a few months when they have the part. Why wasn’t I told when I made the appointment that they didn’t have the part? Or told this morning? Poor customer service. More
