Worked with Kyle Stewart to lease a Nissan Leaf. He was great. Not your typical pushy sales person. He wasn't very familiar with the Leaf but instead of bluffing if he didn't know an answer he would be hon great. Not your typical pushy sales person. Nissan of Cool Springs was great. I called on May 8th to check on a used Buick Enclave that was on the website and spoke with Isaac. He took my name and called me back from the car just to make sure it had check on a used Buick Enclave that was on the website and spoke with Isaac. He took my name and called me back from the car just to make sure it had everything I wanted on it before we drove 40 mins to see it. Upon arrival Isaac greeted my husband and I with a smile and a handshake, I had been to other used car dealership and not gotten this. Isaac showed us the Enclave and allowed us time to talk about the vehicle. I came on May 9th and looked at the Enclave and again was greeted with a smile and a handshake, such a simple gesture goes so far. After working with Isaac and Bruce they made me a deal that I couldn't refuse! Made an appt to come back on May 10th with my husband to fill out the final paperwork. Again arrived the next day with a smile and a handshake, filled out the paperwork and while waiting on the finance department, we had to leave so that I could attend my daughter's spring band concert. We arrived back to the dealership about 7:45 and everyone was so nice to wait for us that evening.....I truly felt like my business was important to Nissan of Cool Springs and that they really went out of there way to accomated us and our crazy busy lives. I should say first that I am a first time car buyer, so this had been one terrifying, but also exciting day for me. From the moment we walked in to Nissan, each person was super friendly & helpful. My Dad & I got the pleasure of first working with Isaac Miller, who was very helpful & asked all of the right questions. There was never a time where I felt pressured in to making a quick decision & it when it came time to narrow down a vehicle, he wanted to make sure i got the exact one that I wanted. He worked with my Dad & I to make sure we received the best deal & got all that we needed. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan Rogue which was at another location. Isaac went & picked it up for me while we worked with Billy Crabtree in finance to finalize. Billy has a great sense of humor & I noticed it from the first sentence out of his mouth. It was a pleasure working with him as well. He went through all of our information, rates, warranties, etc. very thoroughly. Though i signed what i so nicely referred to as a "crap ton" of documents, i didn't come out of there feeling like i had just signed my life away. Billy made us feel comfortable, knowledgable & excited about the purchase. That really helped a lot, especially being a first time car buyer. When Isaac came back with the car, he went through everything with me, showed me where things were & how things worked & got it all ready to go. My husband and I were not aware of pricing and interest rates on different years of cars and banking methods, till Kyle explained that to us , very politely, We had just gone through a major car accident rates on different years of cars and banking methods, till Kyle explained that to us , very politely, We had just gone through a major car accident that my husband was involved in, and we didn't want to be pressured or hassled, and we weren't. I actually felt very very surprised how meek and mild yet under control and informative kyle was. He had friendliness and was informative yet not pushy or rude. I would grade this experience a 5 out of a 5. He even offered to bring the vehicle to us if needed , because i told him I was in no shape to drive home that day (still recovering) from the stress of my husband going through a major wreck. All and all if your looking for a good price on a good used vehicle i would highly recommend this car dealership , and more specific Kyle as your sales person. I was offered water and coffee and he stayed and talked to us as we waitied for financing to go through and made us feel like we were people and not just another number, Thank you Nissan of cool springs, for a great sales experience and out standing sales service. Leasing our new Nissan Leaf was such an enjoyable experience, largely because of the friendly and helpful service we received from our salesperson, Michael Brown. When we eventually upgrade to our next fully-electric vehicle (because I can't ever go back to gasoline again!!!), we will want to work with Michael. I'd recommend him to anyone shopping at Nissan of Cool Springs. The rest of the staff we met that day were very pleasant also. All in all, it was the best car-shopping / leasing experience we've ever had. More
