I came into Nissan of Cool Springs with a problem that I was having with another dealership, Freeland Chevrolet, that had been going on for weeks with no hope of getting resolved. The associates at Nissan welcomed me and my problems and was so compassionate and showed so much concern as to what I was going through. They truly overwelmed me with kindness and a willingness to help me resolve my situatation. Long story short I bought a 2013 Nissan Juke and couldn't be more satisfied with both the product and the service I received throughout the transaction. The staff at Nissan of Cool Spring showed me that they truly value their customers with respect and I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me in helping me find a resolation to what was a nightmare. The reason I have given a "GREAT" review is because that is what I received, "GREAT SERVICE". From the time I entered this dealership until I left I was given the best service experience. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only helpful information to guide me with my selection. I also appreciated the fact that they took care of everything for me. Registered my car and took care of getting me my plates. In some other states I have had to do that leg work myself and it was of course a headache for me getting to the appropriate places to accomplish what I needed. Everyone at the dealership was quite courteous and helpful. I appreciate all that they did to help me find the appropriate car, and to Mr. Matchok's credit, the very first car he showed me was the on helpful. He did an excellent job of assessing my needs and fitting them to the appropriate Nissan model. I was greeted promptly and courteously when I walked into the showroom. The gentleman who said hello led me to Mr. Matchok, and he spent the entire afternoon (2:00-7:30) showing me several different models, accompanying me on test drives, helping me make decisions regarding features, working with the finance department to get me an acceptable trade-in allowance, and having the vehicle readied for delivery. He didn't leave until after I had gone through the entire process and left. Mr. Creque was also very nice in stopping by to talk to me during the process of purchase. He was not my individual salesperson, but he took it upon himself to stop in, introduce himself, give me his card, and tell me to make sure I contacted him if I had any questions/needed anything. Although he is not listed on this form, Donnie Hulen was also extremely personable and helpful in the financing department. He explained the features of the products offered by Nissan with clarity and detail, particularly the extended warranty and maintenance programs I purchased. He made sure that he had answered all my questions before completing the paperwork and made things as easy as possible. I found the dealership clean and inviting, and everyone made sure that I was comfortable and well attended while there. Although I don't have children, I noted that there was an enclosed (thank you for thinking of noise levels!) children's area with glass walls so that parents could allow their children to play happily without worrying about their safety, so the dealership is family friendly, and the restroom was clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. Further, the waiting areas were comfortable, quiet, and close to the maintenance bays. I really appreciated that and will not dread having to wait there should I have to do so when, in the future, I bring the car in for maintenance. While waiting for one thing or another (someone to bring a car back so I could test drive, clean up of the car, etc.), Mr. Matchok made sure to offer me coffee/water and make sure I was comfortable. Overall, great experience. One minor thing: I would suggest having some sort of bag or container for folks who are trading--something that they can use to gather their belongings quickly for the switch from one car to another. That would have been helpful, and I've always received one at other dealerships. While it's a very minor thing, it's a great courtesy. When I asked for one, the staff did give me a trash bag, which sufficed, but it lacked a bit in public relations advertising, to be sure. More
I decided to give the Dealership a second chance - having been there previously and had a "less-than-stellar" experience...and I am GLAD that I did! Greg was so nice and worked with us so well. We got a great car and ended up getting what we we wanted. He also stayed within our budget which was great and didn't try and steer us towards something more great car and ended up getting what we we wanted. We were looking for a new car (or used). We had been to a handful of other dealerships in the area and were left with a poor impression of the current batch of auto sales people. As soon as we entered the Cool Springs Nissan dealer, we were greeted warmly, offered assistance by Ralph and very professionally shown what our options were. That first impression was probably as influential as the vehicle on why we bought what we did and when we did. More
