I drove up to Nissan Cool Springs on a Sunday to find a door sign reading "Closed on Sundays." Lucky for me they were open for an end of month special sales event. I was greeted by Paul, who was very frien door sign reading "Closed on Sundays." Lucky for me they were open for an end of month special sales event. I was greeted by Paul, who was very friendly and immediately offered myself and my parents beverages. We got straight down to business as we had come specifically to look at Altimas, and within less than an hour Paul had me sold. I was very put at ease by Paul and everyone else at the dealership. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable -- even though they were having to work on their normal day off! Paul was able to get me into the 2.5S model of the Altima with a monthly payment in the range I had asked for, as well as helping me call in to Geico for bridge insurance coverage, as my normal provider is not open on Sundays. This was my first car buying experience, and I was very pleased with the service I received. I love my new car! More

This was by far the best dealer purchasing experience that I have had, used or new. Michael and his manager Steve moved the process along quickly and with very little hassle. There wasn't a lot of pressure to 'make a decision now' when I told them I was going to test drive another car at a different dealer. Once I decided to purchase the car, I indicated my need for a quick close, and they delivered. After the sale, my car needed to go for emissions testing as part of the transaction, and Michael came to my office, picked up the car, and did it himself. I would recommend Michael and Cool Springs Nissan to anybody looking for a new or used car. More
