Immediate response with no sales pressure. I had visited many dealers over the course of 4 days and each dealer seemed to have no respect for my time. I would be kept in their showroom for 3 to 4 hours, as many dealers over the course of 4 days and each dealer seemed to have no respect for my time. I would be kept in their showroom for 3 to 4 hours, as if that is a treat. Most people do not like car buying experiences. I am one of them. I like convenience. If I can explain what I am looking for, and they can tell me they have it at the right price, and all of that can be done in 30 minutes or less, convenience carries the day. Jonathan and his team made it simple. I appreciate the follow up and staying on top of things, as my life is too complicated to get bogged down in stuff that is necessary, but in the scheme of things, not all that important. I bought this car for my son and although he is only 15 now and has 18 months before he can drive, I am certain that he will enjoy his (now) new Maxima. Thanks Jonathan. -Dr. Gary B. Ferguson. More

My experience with Nissan of Cool Springs, as well as my sales associate, Michael Brown, was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying or even looking at a car. I never felt pressured nor did I ever feel overwhelmed. I love my new Altima! I am the 5th person at my company of 25 to purchase an Altima. My associate even bought one the day after I did from Nissan Cool Springs. All in all - I highly recommend Michael as one respectable sales associate that made my car buying adventure one of the best! I also highly recommend Nissan of Cool Springs as one of the most professional and courteous dealerships I have ever visited - including all the dealerships I shopped while visiting my parents in Germantown, TN.
