I purchased a vehicle from here the sales aspect of it was good it was the problem 1 day after I bought the vehicle , now the vehicle has a major engine problem , and they said they won’t do anything abou was good it was the problem 1 day after I bought the vehicle , now the vehicle has a major engine problem , and they said they won’t do anything about it to help , the finance manager did her job as best as she could and I appreciate her help , the salesman was great , so was the sales manager it’s just the fact a day later the vehicle had a problem they didn’t want to entertain the idea of help alittle , poor customer service if you ask me More
Transmission went out on my Mazda 3 on October 30th, 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs instal 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs installed the motor back in 2019 after they put in the wrong oil filter for a simple oil change. Oil leaks out and motor blows. Nissan installed a used motor and the flexplate was installed backwards as I said earlier. Contact Nissan of Cool Springs and they said they would not pay for the transmission and pay for car rental while being repaired. More
