The service on my car itself was fine. What concerns me more is the lack of communication. I was told before I got there that the shuttle was running today but had a maximum of a 6 mile radius from the dea more is the lack of communication. After I drop my car off, the shuttle then takes us 0.4 miles down the road to eat at first watch. Once we were just about done eating, I called the dealership to request to be picked back up. The service advisor I spoke to told me that the shuttle wasn't running today. So now I'm confused and a little angry. She proceeded to tell me that the person in charge of the shuttle wasn't at his desk and that she would have him call me. 15 minutes go by and I have heard no response. So instead of wondering if I've been left stranded on a really hot and humid day, I called an Uber. By the time I got back to the dealership and had sat down for 5 mins, I receive a phone call telling me that the service shuttle was looking for me at the restaurant. After my first initial phone call, I waited 15 mins for a returned phone call, then another 15 minutes for my Uber, then another 2-3 minutes riding in the Uber to the dealership, and then sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes. So you're telling me, if I had not requested an Uber, I would have been stranded in the middle of busy cool springs for 45 minutes before anyone came to pick me up? I will not be returning to this dealership. If I need something, I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to Gallatin to Newton. More

This place was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had . The sales person I was working with John Chorba and man he impressed me very knowledgeable very prompt every time I had a question and above all an . Went well out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with the deal we where working on through the whole proses. Him and the general manager Eric Roundy gave me the best and fairest deal I could ever ask for . Eric was also was very professional and kind person , this place is honest as honest gets believe me . Disabled now but have been in the automotive field And business for over 40 years and I have come close to finding some honest ones every now and then . We are in CA, but John Chorba and Zack Nguyen made it so very simple! John worked hard to find us the exact car we wanted to buy, had it ready quickly and even put a big bow on it for us. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He worked with Zack in the finance department to quickly facilitate the financial resolution and everything was completed within a couple of days!
