A extremely positive experience from start to finish. No high pressure sales from anyone. Just focused on trying to accomplish my goals. On my first visit I walked away from the deal because we were still a high pressure sales from anyone. Just focused on trying to accomplish my goals. On my first visit I walked away from the deal because we were still a bit apart on where I wanted to be to purchase. Everyone made me feel like they were happy i came in, and the time they spent with me was not wasted because they didn't get a sale out of it. I was so impressed by that experience, that two days later I came back and negotiated a sale I could live with. Both parties contributed and met in the middle to make my purchase happen. I have nothing but praise for the team at this dealership. More

Nissan driver for life Over the past 5 years or so I have leased 3 cars (I ended up purchasing the 3rd one) from Nissan of Cool Springs. About a month ago, I purchased a use Over the past 5 years or so I have leased 3 cars (I ended up purchasing the 3rd one) from Nissan of Cool Springs. About a month ago, I purchased a used vehicle for my son to drive. I worked with Bishoy on each of these transactions and have nothing but good things to say about the experiences. Bishoy is trustworthy, honest, friendly and not at all pushy. I purchased my son’s car from him specifically because I knew he wouldn’t sell me a lemon. The dealership is always clean, employees are friendly, they have free WiFi and ice cold bottled water. All of the cars I’ve had from this dealership have run great and have had no major problems. I highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Bishoy. You won’t be disappointed! More
