Honest and responsive! Chase Austin was outstanding! Chase seriously deserves an award for best salesman in the nation - hands down he was BY FAR the best person I interacted with while going through the Chase seriously deserves an award for best salesman in the nation - hands down he was BY FAR the best person I interacted with while going through the stressful process of purchasing a car after dealing with upwards of 10-15 different locations and just as many salesmen. Honest, professional, responsive, helpful - Chase is a high character person and one that you definitely want to interact with during this process. I'm not artistic enough to describe how amazing of a job and the feeling of comfort and truthfulness that I felt while working with Chase. Most of my initial interactions with Chase were by phone as I was traveling in another state, near finger tips from buying a similar Nissan Murano SL hundreds of miles away. Saw an ever better Nissan Murano SL online in my hometown of Nashville that was exactly what I was looking for, called up Nissan of Cool Springs and luckily was able to have Chase be the point man on it. I called up and spoke with Chase on a Friday knowing that I was going to have to buy a car 3 days later on Monday no matter what due to work circumstances - either the one in Florida or the car that looked a touch better online at Nissan of Cool Springs (and at a better price with less miles, too!). I was not going to be back to Nashville until Monday so I had millions of questions I wanted answered to feel better about what I was seeing online. It felt like I called and texted Chase over 100 times, even on his off-day of Sunday, and he responded near immediately to every question I had by either text or phone. He looked up stuff for me, made phone calls to get answers, and did everything I asked of him. He put me at such ease on the car that I put a non-refundable $500 dollar hold on the car so nobody else would have the opportunity to grab it before I could finally see it on Monday. Now that I have purchased the car I am ecstatic that I did that and that i trusted Chase! I cannot express enough how happy I am that I went with this car over the one in Florida. Not only did Chase come across genuine, but he responded and reacted to everything I asked for and requested - No other dealership came close to this and is a big reason why I felt comfortable putting the $500 deposit down before ever seeing the car in person. The deal that I got on this car at Nissan of Cool Springs is outstanding- I really don't know how I got this car. I travel the whole southeast and was in desperate need of a new car. I wanted a Nissan Murano SL or Platinum and this was the one of the nicest looking cars with the cleanest CarFax and very limited miles on it. The price was terrific. I have spent the last 2 days (after purchasing the vehicle) looking to see if there was a better price out there that I missed for the miles, trim and upgrades on the car but nothing comes close to what I got! I really got lucky on a great car and got lucky to have a great person helping me along the way. I highly recommend this dealership - you need to ask for Chase Austin. My only knock on the process was the person I dealt with in finance. Came across very attitude-ish and when he was trying to upsell me some extended warranties he didn't try to correct me as I was doing the math wrong to see if there was value in the warranties. He also forgot to provide me with the lifetime powertrain warrenty that I was suppose to get. Fortunately, the head finance manager, Scott Mitchell, was able to get in touch with me the next day to make sure we got it taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I couldn't be happier with the car I got! Thanks, Chase! You're the man! More
