James was absolutely amazing! He was definitely more interested in making sure we were good to go then collecting a commission check. We originally bought a 2012 leaf but the battery was bad. James foug interested in making sure we were good to go then collecting a commission check. We originally bought a 2012 leaf but the battery was bad. James fought for us to be able to return it and get a different car, and after some convincing the GM agreed to let us do that. However, the GM also try to charge me several thousand dollars more for this new car even though it was a $400 difference from the Leaf. While I was very appreciative of them allowing me to return the leaf and get a different car, I did not appreciate them trying to nickel-and-dime me to get as much money out of me as humanly possible. If you do go to this dealership I highly recommend James as he will make sure he does everything in his power to take care of you regardless of poor management. More
