Stating my problems were caused by a cold air intake. He has shown his ignorance, and got frustrated when I knew questioned what he was saying, knowing that he was in the wrong. He got flustered and eleveted the conversation then, so kindly, hung up on me! More

We purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue on Wednesday November 16 Dealer delivered 2016 Rogue with recalled airbag not properly working saying safe to drive. We purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue on Wednesday November 16 2016 after having an excellent sales experience. When we came back to pick up the Rogue we noticed the yellow airbag light. The sales man took it to the service manger at 2:30 pm (service department closes at 6:00pm) and we were told the service department did not have time to investigate the problem but the car was safe to drive. When we called the service department on Friday with concern and asked to make an appointment we were told the service department makes NO service appointments and it is first come first serve bases. If we could get in early Saturday they would try to fix the airbag problem We worried about the problem all night. We got to the dealership Saturday morning at 7:35 am since the dealership does not schedule appointments. After only a brief inspection we were told THIS VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT OUR PROPERTY They took the Rogue in and after 2 hours sitting in the waiting area we were issued a rental car to drive. The Rogue is still at the dealer waiting on an air bag module and sensors We do not feel the dealer properly serviced this vehicle prior to putting it on the showroom floor for sale. It did have a bath but we wish they had been more honest about the car before delivery. If they would have given us a demo car to drive and fixed the car before delivery we would have felt better about our safety and the honestly of this dealership More

Outstanding customer service I originally went in for air in each of my tires as they were low. The Service Rep (Robert R) was kind enough to inflate all the tires - at no cost. W I originally went in for air in each of my tires as they were low. The Service Rep (Robert R) was kind enough to inflate all the tires - at no cost. While he was inflating the tires, he noticed that 2 of my tires were not original to the car and bought from another company. Robert advised me that Nissan is willing to price match on tires. I have had 3 Nissans for over 10 years and was never informed that they were even willing to work with someone on the price of tires. I always went to another company and bought what I had to. Robert also gave me his business card and stated that he places his work cell phone number on the card to accept texts from customers that would like to "text ahead" for an appointment, For customers like myself that prefer to text and may not be able to make a phone call during work; this is the most convenient option. I felt comfortable and that Robert was there to help me. I have never thought of someone in the "car business" as trustworthy or having my best interest at heart. More

I went to get a "free" tire rotation at Tire Discounters one day cause it was near my house. My BAD.....they tried to up sell me a new battery. I knew my battery was fine so I said..... don't do a thing and I took it to Mark and he had his team check it out. Guess what!? My batter checked out perfectly. I will ALAWAYS recommend you guys and your service department to everyone even if they don't drive a Nissan. BTW so great to see your adorable family in your TV ads on channel5 in December! Jennifer was such a pleasant person to work with and was very thorough in explaining the results of the diagnostic test run on my vehicle. I recommend this place with extremely high praise! More

Initial bad experience corrected. During a recent visit to get an air bag sensor checked, nissan of cool springs broke a part off the front of our Murano. I was told they would check into to it and get back to me, and of course they still charged me a diagnostic fee for checking the sensor. Never heard from them as to what they found or received any compensation for the part. With out a doubt the worst dealership experience I've ever had. UPDATE: Operations Manager Mark Hepler responded to my concerns and refunded the diagnostic fee and paid for the part. Also offered to fix our initial issue with airbag sensor at employee price. Mark made a bad experience better. More
