I LOVE this dealership. Nissan Cool Springs is personal, direct, the only place I bring my Nissan for service. This time, I also found a car. Mr. Donald Bell, my salesman, the Nissan team made it happen. He even put Balloons in the trunk. Surprise when I got home!

Brian Austin did an outstanding job taking care of our Pathfinder which had a Transmission problem. He found that there was a call back on it. He follow up several times with us on the repair and the time if would be completed. He offered a rental vehicle while the service was being performed. Brian was very professional and had a great personality with a smile that makes you feel like you are working with a friend.

Richard Cole has waited on me many times. He is very customer oriented. He takes the time to explain any issues that need addressing with the inspection of the vehicle. I would highly recommend him. Great Customer Service. I drive all the way from Hermitage, TN to Cool Springs to feel assured my vehicle is in good hands.

"Oil change in a hurry"

I went in to get an oil change on possibly one of the busiest mornings of the year. I drove 40 miles to get there and only had 2 hours before my next appointment. CSN expedited my service and I was able to get to my next appointment on time. Kudos to the service department.
