Great Service I was at Nissan at cool Springs two days in a row this week. The first day was Monday for a diagnostic on my car. Richard Cole was such a help. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through what needed to be done soon and what could be put off until later. I couldn’t stay that day as I had other appointments, but later that afternoon I called back and asked for Richard and he said for me to come in on Tuesday and he would get everything done. When I arrived, he took as much time as I needed to explain everything and I got my car serviced. That dealership is very lucky to have a man like Richard. He’s not an alarmist and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. I will continue using that dealership for my service needs and definitely will request to work with Richard. More

Worst experience in a lifetime This place is a joke... from the first oil change of my new Altima in which their so called factory certified technician forgot to put the plug back i This place is a joke... from the first oil change of my new Altima in which their so called factory certified technician forgot to put the plug back in and therefore the new oil ran right out and had to be put in a second time, to the water damage from clogged drain tubes that caused major damage to the interior.... to the poor work performed when replaced to the point of it interior being taken apart a second time. Then the damage of my paint while in their care for nearly three months.... and being promised a touch up kit as I wouldn’t want them to oil the chain of my bicycle at this point so I certainly wouldn’t want them messing with paint one door.... I am yet to receive the touch up kit as promised by the service manager Mark Hepler and this has been on going since September.... I would never take my car back or purchase from this dealership myself nor would I recommend it to anyone for a purchase of chewing gum if they sold it...... TERRIBLE customer experience. And terrible handling of me as a customer and my property as I have documented with photos. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. What a nightmare. More
