I am very impressed with this dealership. I had an issue with the radio and bluetooth. Nissan approved the replacement of the entire infotainment system, but there was a backlog on receiving a part. I had worked with Ernesto Flores, who was very helpful. As I waited for the part, Samuel Lemus in service, was responsible to keeping track of this. He called me often with updates. Finally, he called to let me know the part had arrived and we set up an appointment right away. When I arrived, he was expecting me, greeted me warmly, and had a free rental available so I wouldn't have to wait. The radio/phone is now working great. Thank you, Samuel, for your excellent service. (Note: Samuel is not listed below in the Service Dept. In addition to Ernesto, I would also give Samuel 5 stars. More
