Excellent Customer Service!! I am very satified with the service provided by Nguyen Ton. He took the time to answer questions about the car and he was patient with me. Comparing w I am very satified with the service provided by Nguyen Ton. He took the time to answer questions about the car and he was patient with me. Comparing with my previous experience with buying cars at dealerships, this was the best one. The experience was like of CarMax where I was not pressured to buying a car on the spot. I was glad to have met Nguyen as he made me feel welcomed and he handled the transaction carefully. The car had to go through some repairs/inspections which Nguyen told me may take a couple of hours to complete. Nguyen suggested that I take my parents home to rest and that he will deliver the car once it is ready. Wow, after making sure I was taken care of at the dealership and then deliver my car too? I was in paradise! I wish I will get a chance to have the same car buying experience like this again. I will recommend my friends and family to buy from this dealership, especially buying from Nguyen. Thank you, Nguyen and Nissan of Elk Grove!! More
