Nissan of Elk Grove

My son's Grandparents had been looking to buy a car for him during the last few weeks in Roseville and Sacramento. They did find a few to keep in mind but he wanted to look at other dealerships first. for him during the last few weeks in Roseville and Sacramento. We had a few bad experiences with the dealerships in Elk Grove in the past so we really didn't think he would seriously buy a car here but my son wanted to look anyway. After looking at a few dealerships we stopped by Nissan. Nissan had a couple of cars that he liked and was approached by a salesman ( I won't mention names). The salesman gave us some information and he walked back to the group of other sales associates to chat it up. After checking out the car my son liked we had to look for the same salesman who had the key so we could start it up (Really?? who walks away from potential customer looking at a car?). My son then wanted to take a test drive so the salesman pulled out the car and we took it for a test drive but let me tell you... this salesman did not tell us anything about the car. The only time we heard from him was when he would say...turn left ..turn right. (During a test drive shouldn't this be the salesmen's opportunity to actually sell the car??) After we returned to the dealership we asked if there was room for negotiation he seemed firm and said to look around at other places. He gave us his card and told us to call him if we wanted the car then walked off??? ( lol...really??) This is the exact reason I didn't want to look in Elk Grove. We were getting into our vehicle to check out the new Carmax that opened when another salesman named Omar overheard us talking to each other and asked us about our shopping experience and why were we leaving, when we explained to him about the bad customer experience we just had he apologized. He then asked us if we liked the car and would like to take ownership of it he would do everything he could to help us. Seeing Omar standing there with a big smile and enthusiastic attitude we decided to give this dealership another chance. Omar stayed with us the whole time and reviewed all the details of the car. He answered all of our questions about the price, warranty, and history. He actually sold us on the car! Omar is a very energetic, friendly, and considerate Salesman. Nissan of Elk Grove is lucky to have such a professional employee working for them. He is why i gave 5 stars across the board Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Omar! More

I have purchased 3 different vehicles from Elk Grove Nissan and the experiences were great! The saleperson that assisted me was fantastic. Her name is Heidi Sawyer. I would recommend her to everyone. Sales Manager Joseph Vo was great also, he was straight, upfront and very personable. There was only one bad thing that happened but it was taken care of by the General Sales Manager Warren Santos. I was treated with great disrepect by Tommy Davis in finance. He stated he did not want to be there, he had better things to do. In the middle of the deal as I arrived to signed my loan papers he stopped me in the parking lot and said I needed to wait in the lobby while he went to pick his kids up. He showed up 20 minutes later with his kids leaving them in the waiting area. He rushed me through all the paperwork to whole time. When I did ask questions he would just say it is just the standard contract and the deal was already made. I stopped the process and was about to leave, however after speaking to Heidi Sawyer and Joseph Vo things settled down a little. I finished the deal. I had a feeling that he may have missed having me sign some documents. Before leaving I asked Joseph Vo to have someone look at the docs and he asked me if I would like to speak to a Manager because of how I was treated. I told him yes but it would have to be the next day or so. I received a call the next day informing me that I was right. There were a few things that Tommy Davis had skipped altogether. When I went back I was greeted my Heidi and Joseph. Joseph asked me if I still would like to speak to a Manager. The General Sales Manager Warren Santos came to see me. He and I spoke for sometime. He was genuinely concerned and said the matter with Tommy Davis in finance would be dealt with. He then introduced me to Finance Manager David Hildago. David was great also. He took the time to explain certain concerns and questions that I had. I informed Heidi Sawyer, Joseph Vo, Warren Santos and David Hildago, that based on their great customer service and professionalism, I will forever be a customer and keep sending my friends, relatives and co-workers to visit them at Elk Grove Nissan.
