We purchased a new 2014 Nissan Rogue SV from Pasao. He was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and also very friendly and patient with us. He let us take the time to decide what we wanted and made sure to reassure us that we needed to be totally confident in our decision. Once we sat down to negotiate....we felt totally at ease with him. He was honest and the transaction was one of the easiest we have had and we have purchased over 8 new cars. That says a lot!!! We love the car and we love the service given. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We worked with Tommy at the end of the transaction for finance and he was also a great guy. Outgoing and very easy to talk to. We would recommend this dealership highly if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. Who knew that car shopping could be an enjoyable experience??? Now we do!!! More

Had been researching Murano's for a while and found pricing all over the place; checked out Elk Grove Nissan's web page, they had a huge selection of colors, styles, etc., and the opportunity to get a pricing all over the place; checked out Elk Grove Nissan's web page, they had a huge selection of colors, styles, etc., and the opportunity to get a quote for the Internet price. I did that via computer, received a quick response as to what the internet quote was and from that moment on the experience was amazing. I ended up using the online chat to determine if the vehicle, color and options I was looking at was on the lot and still available. They confirmed it was and had a salesperson call me which was Vu. We talked style, price and financing; he worked diligently to get me the price and financing I needed and all this over the phone! Made my way down there within the hour and found Vu to be pleasant, engaging and not pressuring whatsoever. Took a test drive, and with everything already set up on cost, and financing, the experience was hassle free. Dave our finance manager was just as engaging, and pleasant, was thorough in explanation and no surprises; when something changed on figures, he showed me where and why. The establishment is clean and inviting; not a stress factory. :) I appreciated the experience I received at Elk Grove Nissan and I have this beautiful Murano to show for it. I highly recommend them.
