Yesterday, we had our brand new 2011 Nissan Version 1.8SL worked on for a faulty IKey (kept getting the red key light and the car wouldn't start). Thanks to Cruz Solorzano's very hard work, and the expert h worked on for a faulty IKey (kept getting the red key light and the car wouldn't start). Thanks to Cruz Solorzano's very hard work, and the expert help from Fred Noda the master mechanic, the problem was resolved very quickly. Cruz went out of her way to call us on her day off, and set us up with Fred to get to the bottom of the problem. As a result, we got the car back in one day. We feel that both Cruz and Fred went beyond the call of duty, and should be highly commended for their hard work. More

It is in prime condition still i got offered $9000.00 for my trade in. On kelly blue book the low is $11575.00 I had to ask Joe Luiz the salesperson 3 times what my trade in was. He then couldnt even tell me the interest rate when he came back with an offer. Save yourself the hardache and go some where else. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants good customer service along with quality work. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and whenever i take it in for service, the sta who wants good customer service along with quality work. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and whenever i take it in for service, the staff is very friendly and they always explain what would benefit me and my vehicle. I have been taking my vehicles to this dealership driving almost 20 miles each way for the past 2 yrs and never had any complaints about service. With oil change they'll wash your vehicle, vacuum the car, check tire pressure, all for one low price. Excellent Dealership. More
Went to the dealership for a recall on my Armada, turns out it had 3 recalls. Nothing really major as my Armada has never had any problems ever since I bought it. I was amazed at the customer service there out it had 3 recalls. Nothing really major as my Armada has never had any problems ever since I bought it. I was amazed at the customer service there in the service department. Not only did they accept my vehicle for the recall, they notified me of the other two, offered me something to drink and also offered to shuttle me back to my house and call me upon completion. While I was there, I decided to look around the lot. Great sales talk from the guy helping me out with a 2010 Platinum Armada (can't remember his name though, I think it was Vu?). Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even offered to give me a quote on my Armada if I decided to trade it in. I loved that Armada he showed me but unfortunately I am really hesitant in buying a vehicle since I have been a victim of identity theft, and with all these dealerships checking my credit and turning me away, I shy away from even asking anymore. But VU? even told me he would see what he could do if I ever decided to try. Great guy! The payment counter was very friendly as well. They even gave my Armada a courtesy car wash (and it needed it) LOL ... all in all Nissan of Elk Grove has THE very best group of individuals working as a great team. Well-oiled machine! Thanks again. V/R, AM2(AW) Wendt U.S. Navy More
Imagine dreading buying a car because most of your past experiences have been anything but fun. The last car I bought was a Saturn because I hated the haggling part of dealing for a car, and Saturn, at th experiences have been anything but fun. The last car I bought was a Saturn because I hated the haggling part of dealing for a car, and Saturn, at that time, offered no-haggle pricing. Now, with the Saturn brand gone and me needing a new car, I dove back in to car-buying by using the internet as a tool for research, and a way to avoid having to go to dealerships with all the hassle I'd felt in the past. I found several dealerships that I began to shop with and negotiate with online and by phone, but, purely by chance, found myself out in Elk Grove to visit a favorite restaurant near the Elk Grove Auto Mall. Since I had been curious about a Nissan Versa as one of my possible choices, I decided to drop by Nissan of Elk Grove (I'd seen their huge billboard often on Highway 99) and check out the car in person, hoping to avoid being pounced on by sales staff. As it turned out, I was able to comfortably park my car, check out car models, and relax while doing so--sales staff that approached me never pressured me, just answered questions and asked that I let them know if I wanted to take a test drive or had any more questions. I was surprised by the lack of pressure, and spent more time looking around than I had intended to. The next thing that surprised me was the clear--and low--pricing freely and openly displayed in large decal numbers on two of the Versa models I'd been interested in, the hatchback and sedan--I happened to know from internet research that these prices were very good, well below MSRP (they included rebates advertised at the time, too, but were even lower than that), so that impressed me as well. I didn't have time to take a test drive, but I took a business card from Omar Bubakar, and decided to include the dealership in my search despite not having found them on the internet, solely because of the relaxed nature of visiting there. There's a lot more to this story, but what ended up happening is that I bought my car from Khan Ho and Omar, my sales team there, both of whom were fun, easy to talk to, and even enjoyable to negotiate with! When it came down to Nissan of Elk Grove and one other Nissan dealership I was negotiating with on the phone, I ended up deciding to go with Khan and Omar as much for their personalities and attentiveness as for the final price--although they came through with a great deal there, too. After I made the decision to buy, I continued to be amazed by everyone at the dealership for their attention to my specific needs and questions and the checkout process--from my sales team of Omar and Khan, to Dave, the General Mgr, Grant, the Finance Mgr, Chris in Parts, and Glenda, the DMV liaison--everyone was terrific, to the last person. The purchase process was fast and much more hassle-free than I expected, the delivery easy, and the follow-up since has maintained that standard of excellence, too, including calls from Nissan corporate as well. Keep in mind, too, that I was buying one of their least expensive cars, so it amazed me even more to realize I was getting that kind of attention and focus--it made me feel that ALL customers are likely to get the same treatment, and that's impressive. Simply put, I highly recommend Nissan of Elk Grove, and everyone there! More

I bought my new Versa at Elk Grove Nissan on May 31, 2010 and was very impressed with the sales dept and how well they stuck to their word and how well they treated me. It was an awesome buying experience!! and was very impressed with the sales dept and how well they stuck to their word and how well they treated me. It was an awesome buying experience!! I have raved about it to all my friends and highly reccommended Elk Grove Nissan to everyone! THEN, I took my Versa in for my free oil change to the service dept and boy how everything changed! Not a good experience! I explained I had key issues when I made appointment over the phone and they said they would help me with that as well as change my oil. Unfortunately, the guy who I explained my key situation to didn't really care. Even after I said "it might be operator error, could you show me?" He just said he checked my key, all was good and walked away! (I still cannot lock my car from outside with my key, only works to lock car with button on inside door panel. I have since had friends try it as well.) And as far as the oil change...no 14 point inspection as they so rant about was given to my car. (Actually, how do I really know they changed my oil?) Didn't get a car wash, it was raining, I didn't expect that. BUT, no vacuuming the inside car though either! So my feeling is that this dealership is all about the sale and after that they think they got you locked in. But I can take my car closer to home at another Nissan dealership! I called and complained to the service dept manager,Bob Gallego, and and he sent me a free oil change. That was a good save! I will try it again at the Elk Grove Nissan Service Dept and if I have another bad service experience, then no more! Perhaps this is an isolated incidence and the service is as outstanding as their sales! We will see in 6 months!!!! (I drive my new car very little and needs oil change only every 6 mos.) More
