We had received a price on the Pathfinder we were looking for from a car buying service.We had gone to the local Nissan dealership (we live in Stockton) but they were not one of the participating dealers. From the moment we met Vu Huynh, we felt we had met a salesperson that we would be able to work with. Vu was one of the most knowledgeable salespeople we had talked with concerning the Pathfinder. He is fun, easy to talk with and down to earth. The experience of negotiating the price was straightforward and fairly painless. The only stumbling block we had was the price they offered us for our trade-in. It wasn't terribly low - it was just lower than what we wanted for the car. We left the dealership that night to decide whether we wanted to try to sell the car on our own. The next day, when my husband contacted Vu to see if there was some way they could increase their offer, we were thrilled to find out the answer was yes. We were driving away in our beautiful new car by the end of the evening. Everyone we dealt with at Elk Grove Nissan was a pleasure to work with. I was replacing a 2012 Nissan Leaf that got totaled in an accident, which in itself was a traumatic experience. So I really wanted to get my Leaf back, which I absolutely love. Elk Grove NIssan was the only dealership that had a light interior and when I called to verify that it was still in stock I got Sohe. She took my information and checked and got right back to me. I was thrilled to hear that it was there and we went right down to start the process of leasing my new beautiful Leaf. I was glad to know that they fixed the one pet peeve I had which was the sun visor being so small in the 2012. Sohe and Dave did the paperwork as quick as they could, as all I wanted to do is be done with this whole accident thing...
