Fuel sending unit went south on an 07 Xterra, which caused SES/MIL light to turn ON after filling up gas tank. This is a known issue with Xterras, Pathfinders, and Frontiers. My only concern is that a problem listed by the person who serviced my car wasn't discussed with me by the service rep. I didn't see it on the paperwork until I had gotten home, something about a gurgling who serviced my car wasn't discussed with me by the service rep. It would have been nice to have discussed that and what was involved. In their defense, there were more pressing concerns regarding my service that were the primary focus of the visit and those were handled to my satisfaction. More
I have a 07' Nissan Maxima that I have had for a month. The key has been programmed 3 times, but still doesn't work. The only service to my vehicle was an oil change, so I assume the quality will be acceptable. I believe the quote I received for four new tires and an alignment was too high. I went in for an oil change. I was told my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I thought, why not. As I was driving home I realized something was different. I noticed my front wipers were now visible. needed to be replaced. I thought, why not. As I was driving home I realized something was different. I noticed my front wipers were now visible. The back was hanging low. I returned and the back was adjusted. Fine. The fronts were different wipers. I was told they were better. I can't say I am happy with those. I notice them every time I drive my car. I don't believe the old ones stuck out that much. They seemed to be almost under the hood. Had I known the wipers would be changed along with the blades, I may not have done it. I have yet to see how they hold up when it rains hard. More

And most impressive of all, I was overwhelmed with the sense of teamwork the members of your service department demonstrated while I was there. My service person had gone to lunch and I needed to leave to meet a deadline in my schedule, and the other service dept members actually jumped right into the situation to enable me to be able to get my vehicle and get on my way. If I were the manager of this dealership, I would be so so proud of my personnel and would do everything possible to make sure they stay employed with me forever. They are invaluable!!!!! More

Kim and John were a pleasure to work with during my recent experience in the service department. The transmission on my Nissan Maxima gave out just after 60,000 miles which was the warranty period. KIm worked with Nissan to have the expense of a remanufactured transmission covered. After having the transmission replaced, the emission system malfunctioned and John was able to have the repairs covered by the warranty as well. Both Kim and John listened to my concerns and made every effort to resolve the issues. After picking up my car, John called me to be sure that everything was working properly. I am thankful to Kim and John for looking after my best interests and appreciate their help! More
