When I walked into the door of the dealership I was greeted right away, and directed to a young salesman name Maverice America. He was very informative about my concerns, so I agreed to try a lease and see how things would work out. The paperwork was clear and no hiccups, very low stress event, everyone of the employees greeted me as I passed them in the showroom. After a walk through tour of the facility and the employees working in different areas, customer service; parts; repair shop and service writters, I felt a part of the atmosphere. Dave, Cruz, and Leo were outstanding during my April 2nd, 2013 service visit. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very customer focused. Leo was able to resolve a very complex wiring problem and several fuel pump related issues on my 1990 300ZX.. He is truly an outstanding mechanic with many years of experience and excellent mechanical skills. The entire Nissan team was truly outstanding! Maverick was very polite, friendly, and courteous. We actually purchased our car from Mazda (2013 Mazda M3 hatchback with skyactive) but because the owner of the dealerships owns Mazda, Nissan and Infinity, our salesman, Maverick America (cool name by the hatchback with skyactive) but because the owner of the dealerships owns Mazda, Nissan and Infinity, our salesman, Maverick America (cool name by the way) came over from the Nissan dealership next door to help us with our car. Maverick was honest and I felt like he really wanted me to get the car that would fit my needs the best -he even made me write out a pros and cons list! He had never sold a Mazda before but was willing to step in and do the best job. Our first trip to Mazda the night before was sub-par and in the morning there was no one available to help us out.
