My experience has promted me to write to Elk Grove Nissan and rate them with 5's accross the rating chart provided and in addition recognize one of it's stellar employees who is primarily responsible for winning my wife and I over as lifetime customers ... Kudos to John Brooks in the Service Dept. who handled our every need and concern with professionalism ,kindness and customer service above and beyond what we have ever experienced at Toyota and other dealerships ... he made us aware of all options and kept us in the loop every step of the way ... from Towing our car in - rental options - home/ work dealer drop off transportation , warranty and most importantly costs and dealer discounts and promotions associated with the repairs needed . We both appreciate his style and type of communication skills together with his great personality that we feel represents ELK GROVE NISSAN in such a positive that as a result we plan on buying another veichle from you in the near future ... We have purchased a Titan and Versa from this dealership. This is the second service on my car. The first service was for window tint and when I picked up my car the A/C was on full blast and the radio was o This is the second service on my car. The first service was for window tint and when I picked up my car the A/C was on full blast and the radio was on. When I dropped off my car the A/C and radio were not on. During this visit when I picked up my car, the radio was on, the driver's seat has been moved and in the rear the cargo cover was not attached. I called Cruz to ask her why this would have been taken off. She stated that it was removed due to the part that needed replacing. It would be greatly appreciated to pick up my car(s) in the same way that I dropped them off. More

My battery died on me after work and I had to call AAA to get my car started. I called John and he told me to just bring it in the next morning and I didn't need to make an appointment to get a new battery. get my car started. John Brooks was very helpful. I showed up on a Saturday morning without an appointment and he took my right in. Called me about an hour later to let me know what was wrong with my Maxima and that it was u morning without an appointment and he took my right in. Called me about an hour later to let me know what was wrong with my Maxima and that it was under warranty. Promised me my car back by 5. He then called me at 3:45 to let me know the work was complete and my car was ready to go. Excellent service all the way around! More

When we first drove in, we we're greeted by Joe. After the introduction I explained what I wanted and he brought me to where exactly I needed to be. He knew so much detail about the car that it even impressed me because in the past I've dealt with some good car salesmen, but Joe just went the extra mile by describing the very little details about the car. What was really impressive was that Joe, on his day off, picked me up so I can get my car that night. He knew the importance of my situation and he made it happen. We're very pleased with the service he gave us that we're actually going back to Nissan of Elk Grove to purchase another vehicle in a couple weeks because of his great customer service, and also his amazing knowledge about the cars. We're looking forward to see him in a couple weeks! My experience at Nissan of Elk Grove was really worth it, not only the customer service, but the free drinks, Wi-Fi connection, and satellite on the big screen TV! Very clean place! So clean, that I'd get static shocks from time to time! but the experience was great, wasn't a waste of time and we came out happy at the end! More
I had to come in three times for the same complaint, it was a difficult repair. The fuel gauge would stick between 1/2 and 1/4 of fuel. She called the factory and they had a repair for it.
