My truck was suppose to be ready on a Wednesday afternoon, so I had a friends go pick it up for me. Once she was there she was given a bill of over $400 when I had already been told it would only b afternoon, so I had a friends go pick it up for me. Once she was there she was given a bill of over $400 when I had already been told it would only be $50 because the work was covered by the extended warranty. Then the service advisor that was taking Tina's place realized he had not made note of that. Then my friend noticed that the truck had the same problem it was taken in for. Turns out the technician never took care of the problem and had only taken care of a recall that was needed. So I didn't get the truck until Saturday morning. Customer service was great, but I think there is too much going on and lack of communication due to changing shifts was the problem. More
I came in because my check engine light was on. The problem was discovered and corrected and I was able to leave in the amount of time that had been estimated. I found this experience to be very refreshing. Ms. Solorzano was a joy to work with. I was totally impressed with her knowledge. She certainly takes pride in the work she performs for you. Dealing with the personnel of Nissan of Elk Grove has always, to date been a satifying experience. It's also nice to be able to relax with a cup of coffee, doughnuts, newspaper and watching satellite te always, to date been a satifying experience. We were happy to have the good service we received. The manager checked me in the am..he honored the 25% birthday coupon, wrote it on the ticket, I had a xxxx of a time getting the female to apply it when I p/u the car. Additionally..he put down $25.00 birthday coupon, wrote it on the ticket, I had a xxxx of a time getting the female to apply it when I p/u the car. Additionally..he put down $25.00 to check the brakes and said it would be applied to the brake job if I did need brakes...she absolutely refused to apply this $25.00 towards the brake and rotar service until I threw a fit.
