Mike was my service advisor & he was rude, dismissive & made this experience terrible. My car was dropped off Thursday night 11/18 the car was intaked @7:06am 11/19. I was supposed to get the car back Frid made this experience terrible. My car was dropped off Thursday night 11/18 the car was intaked @7:06am 11/19. I was supposed to get the car back Friday. In the afternoon I was told the part did not come in, it would be in Saturday and I would have my car back. Saturday around 2 I was told the part didn’t come in, so now the car is pushed to possibly Monday 11/24. Never was I offered a loaner car, was told you only have rentals. This is my wife’s car, she contacted Mike who was not concerned with the fact that she would have no car for the weekend. He was quite disturbed that she was inquiring about the status of her car. Monday around 1, my wife went to pick up the car. Upon arrival she wa directed to Mike. He was with 2 ladies, so she waited, an older white lady was in line behind her & once Mike was done with his customers he proceeded to call the white lady behind my wife. So now, she’s invisible! Gerald helped check her out, he was great- he moved the car out for her as it was parked in a weird spot. After leaving she discovered that her Gucci glasss and case were missing along with a yellow microfiber cloth from the cup holder. She called Gerald and he told her to come back, less than 5 minutes later, she came back to the dealership & went right to Mike. He was very rude and adamant that no one would take anything out the car. He proceeds to look at his intake video and shows her the video which shows the yellow microfiber cloth in the car, which now is missing. He goes over to the service bay and comes back, still insuring no one to anything, when clearly is video proves that to be wrong. He opens the passenger door and looks under the seats and glove box then slams the passenger door. My wife loses it and yells at him do not slam my door, he opens the back door and searches again nothing found. The manager Rich then comes over and she explains the situation to him. He tells her to email the link with the glasses and he will get them replaced. The email along with the link and a picture of her in the glasses were sent and received by Rich. The manager John, I believe was out until Monday 12/1. So I expect to hear the status on the glasses and that Mike has been spoken to and have some more training on how to deal with Black customers! His dismissive behavior is biased in all his actions towards my wife. More
