I came in for a flat tire. The repair was done improperly and it continued to leak air. I brought it in again and the Service Manager,Tom refused to give me any concession on a new tire which I needed because the original repair was done too aggressively and it leaked through the tire fiber. Tom literally turned his back on me telling me there was nothing he could do. Poor people skills for a manager. My car only had 4000 miles on it after a year. I spoke to the General manager Chris, he knew This was my third Nissan, I drive past two other Nissan dealers to get to Ft Pierce. Chris helped me with a discount on a new tire and I will continue to buy Nissans because Chris, the a General Mgr knows how to keep a customer happy. Thank you! More
Bought of first car there thought we got a great deal and being taken care of especially since a Very close friend works there and then it came to the second car they lied up a storm about how the bank would being taken care of especially since a Very close friend works there and then it came to the second car they lied up a storm about how the bank wouldn’t take off a extended warranty and that the bank gave me better payments because of an extended warranty and they charged up 28k for a car that’s worth 18k I’ll never go there again and will refer anyone I know and anyone I meet to go else where even to commuter cars before Nissan ft Pierce. Very poor communication. Terrible service. Car was dropped off on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday we still had no idea what was wrong with it or what the status was b Terrible service. The phone will just ring and ring, it is never answered. Even after we left multiple messages with a phone number to receive a call back, we never received a call back. Finally just went down to see if car was done, not even knowing what was wrong with it bc they never called to tell us, I picked the car up 5 days later. I will never use this dealership for any type of service or purchase. I will drive right past this one to get to another Nissan dealership for any warranty work that needs to be done in the future. More
This is my 3rd nissan from Sutherlin Nissan,,and I'm completely satisfied with the dealership. I was disappointed with a nissan altima S.R, notified Wil my salesman,he said to return to the dealership a completely satisfied with the dealership. I was disappointed with a nissan altima S.R, notified Wil my salesman,he said to return to the dealership and he rectify the issue I had. Within a few days I was able to trade my Altima for Another one. And I'm completely satisfied with it. Thank you Wil, your professionalism and customer relations are outstanding. Worst car buying experience ever. Was told I was buying a certified preowned vehicle that wasn’t even inspected! Got home and a piece that was zip tied to the bottom of the car (with Was told I was buying a certified preowned vehicle that wasn’t even inspected! Got home and a piece that was zip tied to the bottom of the car (with 4000 miles) fell off! 😱 Called sales person. Was told to bring in and they would replace part. Drove 2.5 hours to find that there was no part in stock. Said they would ship part to my house and have local dealer install. Dealer conducted pre-certification inspection at that time. Never got my copy of the sales paperwork for the car. After countless unanswered calls/texts to the sales person and to finance, I had to threaten to go to the state. Paperwork finally sent. Part arrived and no one ever called to tell me it had arrived. Called parts department, they apologized and said they would ship part. Weeks go by and part never shipped. Contacted dealer manager and he said he was sorry but part could not be shipped. I would need to drive another 2.5 hours. He said to call ahead and he would take care of everything and would fill car with gas and have it detailed. I called and asked him if I could bring my car down and explained that I had an appointment that evening. He said he would make it happen and to come down. I drove down and told the gentleman at the service desk that I was there to simply have a cover screwed on my car and that I had a time limit. He said he understood. Two hours later, they finally screwed the cover on. Manager said he was having the car washed and filled with gas. Instead, car was parked on the side of the building. 30 minutes after the time I needed to leave I finally told service that I needed car immediately. I texted manager as I left. He apologized and said he would mail me a gift card for gas. The card never arrived. Service conducted a follow up call about my experience. I told them that the manager promised a gift card and it never showed. Another week went by. I texted the manager and he didn’t immediately reply. I finally reached him on the phone and he said he did mail the gift card. I have no reason to believe it was mailed. I passionately expressed my dissatisfaction with my car buying experience and demanded the promised funds for the extra gas I spent driving to and from the dealership and for the promised detail. A check finally arrived and my car is inspected and whole, but the process was absolutely miserable. When you pay this much money for an item you shouldn’t leave feeling this bad about your experience. 😞 Also, during my appointment I received a text from service saying that I could text any questions to the dealer. I did and no one responded! Why even offer the service. 😞😞 More
