If you have a problem everyone from manager to salesmen will just tell you they will look into it and call you back. They have no intention of calling you back even when you leave a message. After having to practically fight our way out the door of a high pressure Toyota dealership up the road, we went to this Nissan dealership. What a wonderful difference! The salesman(Shad) didn’t tackle us no a high pressure Toyota dealership up the road, we went to this Nissan dealership. What a wonderful difference! The salesman(Shad) didn’t tackle us nor demand a drivers license before we looked around! My granddaughter (first time buyer) was really impressed with Shad’s knowledge of the vehicles she drove and really appreciated Shad treating her as the buyer rather than talking directly to me (her grandfather), something that she noted from the Toyota dealership “the guy never looked me in the eye”! To make a long story short, high pressure tactics did not win! Being nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating did win ! We left this dealership with my granddaughters new car!! More

Woke up to a dead battery and after jumping it, there were all kinds of warning lights on. Called Sutherland and although they said they had no appts available for service, if I came down, they would squ were all kinds of warning lights on.
